Tamara Bajgarová

At Asental, Tamara is responsible for providing legal support to companies within the group. Her work lies at the intersection of law and the day-to-day running of the business – she provides legal advice, deals with contractual matters and helps find solutions that are not only legally sound but, above all , practical and applicable in the real world.

She focuses primarily on contractual matters, particularly in the areas of property, tenancy and sale and purchase agreements, construction and property management. She assesses legal risks, drafts and negotiates contracts, and finds a balance between Asental’s commercial interests and the requirements of the other party.

What she enjoys most about her work is its variety. Every case presents a different challenge, and sometimes it is necessary to find a solution that is not merely ‘by the book’, but one that actually works in practice. She considers it a success when a legal problem is resolved clearly, securely and, ideally, in a way that satisfies both parties and avoids the need to seek a resolution in court.

Planning and organisation are a natural part of life for Tamara. She likes things to be orderly, prepared in advance, and to know what lies ahead. She applies the same practical approach she uses at work to her personal life.

She devotes her free time primarily to her two children, with whom she goes on outings and travels. Travelling is, in fact , one of her great passions – if she could, she would travel almost the whole world. She also draws energy from culture, particularly the theatre and concerts. When it comes to sport, she’s taken a liking to badminton and Pilates.

And that she would one day become a lawyer? Tamara knew that as early as the age of ten. And, as is her way, she made a plan and went for it.
