Michaela Matušková

Michaela is one of the people who ensures that everything runs smoothly – from organising management meetings with clients and business partners to the day-to-day running of the company. In addition to providing administrative support, she also handles financial matters, communication with tenants, reporting, invoicing and marketing support. Thanks to her attention to detail and natural organisational talent, she bridges many areas that form an important part of the day-to-day running of the Asental Group.

What she values most about her work is its variety. She enjoys learning new things, communicating with people and finding solutions that make the whole team’s work easier. She believes that patience, helpfulness and open communication are the foundation of good relationships – both within the company and with clients and partners.

She finds a balance between her work and personal life primarily through exercise and being in nature. She loves the mountains, water, hiking, cycling and skiing in winter. All year round, she goes for walks with her dog and equally enjoys moments of quiet when she can be alone with her thoughts. Her favourite places include Croatia, the High Tatras and the Rychlebské trails, to which she happily returns time and again.

She describes herself as an empathetic optimist with a smile that costs nothing. And it is precisely her positive attitude, willingness to help and natural energy that characterise her not only at work but also in her everyday life.
