Martina Macháčová

Martina is one of the people who bring the various parts of Asental together into a single, well-functioning whole. She supports the company’s management, coordinates the administrative team, ensures meetings run smoothly, takes care offinancial matters and the management of commercial properties, whilst also spearheading a range of marketing and CSR initiatives. Her work is varied, dynamic and often brings together seemingly unrelated areas.

What she enjoys most is finding connections, organising things so that they make sense, and seeing projects through to a successful conclusion. She is results-oriented, but at the same time believes that the path to success lies in diligence, open communication and attention to detail. In her view, it is often the details that make the difference between a good result and an exceptional one.

When she’s not dealing with her work commitments, she goes for a run, heads for the hills or treats herself to some time with a book. She is also keen on psychology, which helps her to better understand people and how we work together and communicate. She finds her greatest energy in nature – by the water, amongst flowers, or in places where she can slow down for a moment and take a breath. She loves nothing more than returning to the seaside, the mountains or lakes.

Martina believes that the world around us begins with our own attitude. She lives by the idea: “It is your mind that creates this world.” She describes herself in three words – empathy, understanding and reliability. And it is precisely these qualities that naturally shine through in her work and her day-to-day interactions with people.
