Petr Stalmach

Petr serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Asental, where, together with the other directors, he co-ordinates and oversees the company’s major commercial and investment transactions. His role focuses primarily on finding long-term, sustainable solutions that support the development of both the company and the region in which Asental operates.

He believes that behind every good decision lie open communication, mutual trust and the ability to view matters in a broader context. It is precisely this strategic thinking and long-term perspective that are the values reflected in his day-to-day work.

In his spare time, he prefers to put his work aside and devote himself to what matters most – his family. As a father of three, he loves spending time playing games, doing sport or discovering new places whilst travelling. He loves running, playing the guitar and foreign languages, and believes that the best sport is one you can enjoy together with the people you care about.

He lives by a simple yet apt philosophy:

“Life depends on how you behave when you don’t feel like it.”

It is precisely perseverance, responsibility and the ability to step outside one’s comfort zone that he considers to be qualities of equal value in work, sport and personal life.
