Roman Kudela

Roman leads the project construction team at Asental and is responsible for the delivery of projects that are transforming the region. His work begins with the initial plans and planning permission processes, continues with the coordination of designers, contractors and construction teams, and only ends when the building is ready to serve its purpose. As well as new-build projects, he also oversees the refurbishment of office buildings, the modernisation of existing properties, and leads the team responsible for managing the land in the company’s portfolio.

What he enjoys most about his work is the moment when months of preparation give way to the finished project. The projects that have brought him the greatest professional satisfaction are those that now form a significant part of Asental’s portfolio – for example, the construction of an industrial hall in the Zárubek zone or the refurbishment of the Alfa office building on Prokešovo Square in Ostrava. For him, every project is a new challenge and an opportunity to create lasting value.

When he’s not on a building site or in a meeting, you’ll most often find him playing sport or in the garden. He loves cross-country skiing, whether on snow or on roller skis; he enjoys spinning classes, playing ice hockey, or cheering on his son at football matches. It is precisely exercise and working in the garden that are the best ways for him to recharge his batteries.

He loves nothing more than returning to places where he can combine active relaxation with time with his family – in summer to the seaside in Umag, Croatia, and in winter to the Italian Dolomites in the Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio areas. He says with a smile that he is a “stubborn Aries who thinks he’s always right” – at least according to his wife. In reality, however, he is known for the fact that when he sets his mind on something, he goes for it wholeheartedly and never strays from his goal.
