When things need to run smoothly, he is there from start to finish.

At Asental, he is responsible for a wide range of areas that are key to the company’s day-to-day operations. These range from finance, through HR, IT and property management, to ensuring the smooth running of the reception. Together with a colleague, she is also involved in the company’s development, representing the company and other strategic projects.

What she enjoys most about her work is finding ways to take things forward. She believes that even small changes can have a big impact – whether it’s more efficient processes, simpler solutions or a more pleasant working environment. Where others see an established system, she often sees room for improvement.

Although she says she only exercises enough to stay ‘in working order’, she draws her energy mainly from books and music. She is a passionate reader and a music enthusiast, whose playlist few people could categorise under a single genre. She prefers to spend her free time with her family.

Her philosophy on life is simple but apt: ‘The sun will rise again tomorrow.’ It reminds her that even complex situations have a solution and that it’s good to keep a sense of perspective. She describes herself in three words – enthusiastic, fast-paced and absurdly analytical. And it is precisely this combination of energy, optimism and attention to detail that guides her in her day-to-day work.
