We are currently looking for Project manager junior for our construction projects. 

Key responsibilities:
• Contracting process (easements, project contracts etc.)
• Dealing with municipal and other offices, suppliers and external/internal clients
• Supporting Project managers, possibility of managing own projects in the future
• Monitoring adherence to budget and schedule
• Preparing documentation for project progress reporting 
• Searching for new project opportunities

Requirements:
• University degree in construction engineering or similar field (graduates-friendly)
• Awareness/knowledge of easements issue
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Good organizing and coimmunicating skills
• Ability to work in team as well as independently
• Willingness to accept responsibility
• Diligence and accountability
• Knowledge of basic SW tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Knowledge of Czech language (reading + writing), knowledge of English is an advantage
