Marie Teperová

Marie has been with the company for more than three decades. Over the course of 34 years, she has held a range of specialist roles – from property management and lettings to her current role as a property transactions specialist, where she focuses primarily on the preparation and sale of land. Thanks to this unique experience, she understands not only the properties themselves but also the context behind every successful transaction.

In her work, she emphasises thorough preparation, open communication and a personalised approach to every client. She views every sale as a new story and an opportunity to find a solution that will be beneficial to all parties involved in the long term. It is precisely the variety of her work and the chance to constantly learn new things that continue to motivate her to this day.

She prefers to spend her free time being active. She draws energy from exercise, nature and places where she can slow down for a while. She enjoys swimming, cycling, doing Pilates and hiking, and equally enjoys spending time in the garden, reading a good book or listening to music. She loves nothing more than returning to places with water, mountains and the tranquillity of nature.

Marie believes that a people-oriented approach is the foundation of any good working relationship. She describes herself as a cheerful, sincere and patient person who is always willing to help others.
