Čeněk Rymiec

Čeněk Rymiec works at Asental, where he is responsible for property lettings and sales, identifying new business opportunities and developing the company’s commercial activities. He joined the company from Deloitte Real Estate, where he specialised in property transactions, property portfolios and property valuations for major developers and investors.

 Property is both his profession and a long-standing passion. He says with a smile that, thanks to his work, he is fulfilling a childhood dream. As a child, he enjoyed building with LEGO bricks; today, he takes pleasure in helping to bring about projects that create long-term value and will serve future generations. What he enjoys most is spotting potential where others do not yet see it, bringing the right people together and turning good ideas into successful projects.

 In his spare time, he devotes himself mainly to sport, particularly golf, which for him represents the ideal combination of strategy, concentration and active relaxation. He also has a fondness for craftsmanship and working with his hands, which is how he relaxes best.
