Following a lengthy period of negotiations, Asental Group has concluded a transaction with LIPINY Sport Resort, which is set to become the new operator of the golf complex in Karviná.

The 611,000 m² complex is thus entering the next phase of its development, with the aim of gradually transforming it into a modern sports and leisure resort. The transaction is structured as a lease-to-own arrangement, which allows for ongoing investment in the complex whilst also providing for its future purchase.

The new concept is based on expanding the use of the complex and opening it up to the wider public – in addition to golf, it will now also feature footgolf, padel and a digital driving range with Toptracer technology. The plan also includes the development of related services and the creation of community and event facilities.
