Changes in the management of the Asental Group

Dear business partners,

We would like to inform you of personnel changes at Asental Land, s.r.o. and its subsidiaries.

With effect from 5 May 2026, there will be a change to the composition of the statutory body of Asental Land, s.r.o., whereby the number of members of the board of directors will be reduced to three. Mr Petr Stalmach, Ing., remains Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms Jarmila Horáková, Ing., and Mr Jaroslav Vystrk, Mgr., also remain as directors of the company.

Ms Ing. Arch. Markéta Paskovská, a current member of the board of directors, is leaving Asental Land, s.r.o. and all its subsidiaries by mutual agreement on the same date.

We are convinced that the new organisational structure is a step in the right direction and will provide scope for the effective management and further development of the group’s companies.
