We manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. We don’t just want to maintain them – we want to develop them. That’s why we’re looking for someone who can combine technical expertise, project management and the ability to seek out new opportunities. Someone who will think about how to take individual properties to the next level of readiness and realise their potential.
What you’ll be responsible for
- You will take over the management of the assigned part of the commercial property portfolio,
- coordinate their operation, technical management and maintenance, including energy management,
- you will prepare properties for further development, refurbishment or new uses,
- you will manage projects from the initial concept through preparation to the implementation of individual stages,
- you will coordinate designers, external contractors, authorities and other partners,
- you will prepare documentation to support the company’s management in making investment decisions,
- you will seek ways to increase the value and utilisation of the properties entrusted to you,
- you will collaborate with colleagues from the technical, legal and commercial departments.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking about how to take things forward. Someone who can take responsibility, plan, coordinate and see projects through to completion.
Ideally, you will have:
- a university degree in civil engineering or a related technical field,
- experience in property management or development, project management or investment planning,
- an understanding of building regulations,
- the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously,
- good communication and organisational skills,
- a Category B driving licence,
- good knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with the Moravian-Silesian Region would be an advantage.
