Land Portfolio Manager

Every plot of land has its own story. Help us write the next chapter.

Our land portfolio is as diverse as the landscape in which it is situated. We manage forests, water bodies, agricultural land, sites within built-up areas, and plots with development or production potential. We are looking for a colleague who will take responsibility for the part of this portfolio entrusted to them and contribute to its long-term management and development.

What you can expect from us

  • you will take responsibility for the assigned part of the land portfolio and become its principal manager,
  • you will manage a diverse portfolio – ranging from forests and water bodies, through agricultural land, to land within built-up areas or sites with development or production potential,
  • you will regularly visit the field to monitor the condition of the land and coordinate its management and maintenance,
  • you will seek opportunities for the more efficient use and further development of the land entrusted to you,
  • you will conduct negotiations with local authorities, owners of technical infrastructure, tenants, investors and other partners,
  • you will deal with related contractual documentation (easements, tenancy agreements, loans and other matters),
  • you will collaborate with colleagues from the legal, technical and commercial departments and prepare supporting documentation for management decision-making.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an independent-minded individual who can think in a holistic manner, is not afraid to take on responsibility, and is able to combine fieldwork with administrative tasks and dealing with people.

Ideally, you will have:

  • a university degree in a construction-related field,
  • an understanding of building legislation (knowledge of land registry legislation or the Waste Act is an advantage),
  • experience in property or land management, or with property development projects,
  • an understanding of easements,
  • the ability to deal independently with authorities, business partners and property owners,
  • a Category B driving licence,
  • good computer skills (MS Office).

Knowledge of the Ostrava and Karviná regions would be an advantage.

What we offer

  • a responsible and independent role with the opportunity to influence the structure and use of the portfolio entrusted to you,
  • a varied role involving a mix of office work, fieldwork and meetings with partners,
  • the backing of a stable company and an experienced team who share their expertise and help resolve more complex cases,
  • flexible working hours and the option to work partly from home,
  • competitive remuneration supplemented by incentive bonuses,
  • 5 weeks’ annual leave,
  • 4 sick days,
  • a contribution towards a supplementary pension scheme or leisure activities,
  • modern offices in the centre of Ostrava,
  • support for further professional development.

Each of our portfolio managers manages their own portion of the company’s assets. They work independently, but they are not on their own – we share our experience, support one another and work together to find the best solutions. If you’re looking for a job where you can really put your experience to good use and see the results of your work, we’d love to meet you.
